Hear the bells ringing...

Some of you know I was in a handbell choir for a few years. This Sunday, I get to learn how to ring the church bells! Have managed to find my way onto the roster for ringing for the 6pm service, and am stoked. For some reason I have always wanted to ring bells in a church tower. Maybe it's got something to do with making a loud noise!! So, 15 minutes before this Sunday's service, I get to go into the tower and see a demonstration. I'm really hoping there'll be more chance to practise before I have to do it for real!
